In 2013, my husband and I made the decision to quit complaining about what wasn't working in our life and do something about it. Over the next two years we sold our home, quit our jobs, uprooted our family (including two teenagers!) and moved 1000 miles across the country in search of a simpler life. What does a simple life mean to us? Why did we move so far to make this happen? Are our kids talking to us? How are we doing? I'll let you know, read on!

We have a front door…
